Where do I send my jewelry for returns and repairs?
For size adjustments please put your bracelet in a PADDED ENVELOPE with
a check for $7.25 for return shipping and handling and send it to the
following address...

Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, or write us a note
including your name, address, phone number. Please tell us what needs
to be done to the bracelet. Typically our bracelets are adjusted in size
by 1/2 inch increments.
If you need to send a bracelet in for repair...Please put what you were
able to find in a PADDED ENVELOPE and send it to....

If your bracelet is LESS than 6 months old there is no charge. After 6 months there is a
$10 fee plus the $7.25 return shipping and handling. Please enclose a check made out to "Lauren's Hope."
If you have your original paperwork it would be helpful. If not, we will need to know your name, address,
and phone number. Also, please enclose a note telling us what size to make the bracelet. If you do not
know what size, please measure your wrist and add 1 inch.
