- Fax a copy of your federal or state sales tax certificate to 816-746-0019.
- Place an opening order by phone. $275 wholesale minimum.
Once your account registration is reviewed you will receive confirmation of your approval
by email along with pricing discounts, star-up kit details, and a password to view the
online wholesale catalog. After that, point you can call to place your opening order
over the phone. With your opening order you will receive an information packet, wholesale
catalog, and online user name and password to place future orders on the website or by fax.
