EVERY ID IS A TOURETTE SYNDROME MEDICAL ID

Custom engraving means every ID works for you!
Choose the style you prefer, and we will engrave it with your Tourette’s diagnosis, medications, treatment considerations, and other pertinent information.

Tourette Syndrome, also known as Tourette’s Syndrome, Tourette Disorder, Tourette’s Disorder, or the shorter forms, Tourette’s or TS, is a neurological disorder. Characterized by repetitive tics including involuntary motions and sounds, Tourette Syndrome is most frequently diagnosed in childhood and more commonly in boys. While 10-15% of TS cases include coprolalia (cursing or using inappropriate language), others incorporate echolalia (repeating speech from other people or videos), unusual sounds such as grunting, or motor tics such as facial expressions or full-body movements. All of these symptoms can appear in various levels of severity.

A TOURETTE’S MEDICAL ID OFFERS DAILY PROTECTION

People with Tourette’s Disorder may have additional neurological or developmental considerations. For those with severe forms of TS, particularly when combined with other conditions, medical ID jewelry offers daily protection. We recommend listing your name, diagnosis(es), any medications, all allergies, and emergency contact numbers.

What type of medical ID is right for me?

Our custom-engravable medical ID jewelry is just that: custom engravable. That means you can choose whatever style you like because the same Lauren’s Hope medical ID will work for any condition.
  • Interchangeable medical ID bracelets

An interchangeable medical ID is composed of a bracelet strand with a lobster clasp at either end and a removable medical ID tag. You can purchase multiple strands and continue using the same medical ID tag. If your personal information changes, you can simply replace the custom-engraved medical ID tag.
  • Non-interchangeable medical ids

Non-interchangeable or traditional medical IDs have affixed medical ID tags for an all-in-one solution.
  • MEDICAL ID CUFFS

Pull gently to open, put it on, and squeeze tighter for the right fit every time. Cuffs are an excellent option for people who experience swelling of the extremities, those with dexterity challenges, and those who have had weight loss surgery and are looking for the ultimate in adjustability.
  • MEDICAL ID necklaces

While some people simply prefer medical ID necklaces to bracelets, others choose necklaces because they cannot wear bracelets in the workplace. In any case, EMTs and other first responders are trained to check neck and both wrists for the internationally recognized medical symbol.
