The Fontsy is a darling stainless steel bracelet with a traditional closure (non-interchangeable tag). With links just under 1/4" wide, the Fontsy is a sturdy, yet delicate-looking bracelet for women and kids. A small red medical caduceus charm dangles off on the side of the affixed tag, which can be custom engraved with a name in the lovely script shown.

This Special Edition of our popular Fontsy bracelet features the hope-inspiring JDRF Walk To Cure Diabetes shoe image reimagined as a stainless steel charm, nestled up against that bright red caduceus charm.

To engrave the Fontsy, please use the "special instructions" field to indicate whether you would like a name engraved on the front. Use the engraving fields to list what you would like engraved on the back. Please note that the front will be engraved via rotary engraving unless you choose blackfill engraving for the back, in which case both sides will be color filled.

Tips and Hints

  • Be sure to indicate if you are on a medication or allergic to the medication.
  • Unless you are listing several numbers for the same person you do not need to indicate that it is a cell or work number.
  • The shorter the line, the larger the font will appear on the tag.
  • The tag will be easier to read if the lines are evenly spaced.
  • When listing allergies say "peanut allergy" instead of "allergy to peanuts" because it takes up less space.
